Description

Egoma Ichiban Oil is made by pressing the seeds of the sesame (Perilla frutescens) plant without the use of chemical solvents.
It contains more than 50% α-linolenic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid found in brain and nerve tissue. α-linolenic acid is said to be an omega-3 (n-3) oil and helps to alleviate excessive intake of omega-6 (n-6) vegetable oils such as soybean oil. When it enters the body, it is converted into EPA and DHA, fatty acids with strong functions that contribute to good health. It is recommended to be consumed raw as much as possible, but it can also be used as a dressing for dishes, or added to miso soup, simmered dishes, and salad dressings to add richness to the flavor. The soft, double-layered bottle prevents exposure to air even after pouring, and prevents oxidation even after opening. Freshness and flavor are maintained, and the freshly squeezed taste is always available. You can pour just the amount you need from one drop at a time by adjusting the amount of force. No antioxidants are used.
