Description
Baking powder is a leavening agent commonly used in baking and cooking. It comes in convenient packs of three 10 g sachets and contains no aluminum potassium sulfate (alum).
Uses: Suitable for a wide range of recipes, including sponge cakes, madeleines, cookies, donuts, steamed buns, as well as Japanese sweets and tempura batter.
Usage: Use 2–2.5 g of baking powder per 100 g of flour. (One teaspoon is approximately 3 g.)
