Nijiya Hinata 50% 5LB

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new rice in Nijiya's organic rice series!
It is called "Hinata" and it is a brown rice 5LB.
Hinata is made from California's first short grain rice, Calhikari.
Calhikari is a crossbreed of Koshihikari and carefully selected short grain rice. It is a Japanese favorite short grain rice with excellent aroma, consistency, and sweetness, and tastes great even when cold and is as good as Japanese rice.
Nijiya proudly recommends "Hinata" brown rice.
