Yamaki Nabe Tsuyu Butashabu Yasai

Rich bonito broth made from bonito flakes produced in Makurazaki, plus the umami of shrimp, gives this nabe-tsuyu a moderate salty taste.
The dashi is so effective that you can eat plenty of vegetables with pork without the need for dipping sauce.
