Description

This canned mackerel simmered in miso is made from mackerel landed in Japan, carefully selected by professional connoisseurs. It uses Sendai miso made from domestic soybeans and produced by Yamakano Brewery, which has a 100-year history of brewing in Miyagi Prefecture. Aiming to reproduce the "mackerel simmered in miso" of specialty restaurants, the miso is well mixed with the mackerel. Grain vinegar is added to give this authentic mackerel miso stew a sweet and rich flavor. No chemical seasoning is used.
