It is a low-sodium type of dashi shoyu made from honjozo soy sauce blended with carefully selected bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and kelp dashi. The aroma of the soy sauce and the flavor of the dashi make it a low-sodium type of soy sauce that does not leave you feeling unsatisfied.

Dashi Soy Sauce was created in response to a female employee who said, "Udon no Dashi can be used to make delicious simmered dishes in a short amount of time, which is convenient for busy housewives. It is a flavorful all-purpose soy sauce with dashi, a blend of honjozo soy sauce and dashi made from carefully selected ingredients.
Since its launch in 1965, it has been used by many people for more than 50 years.
