Iyemon's Stone Ground Matcha 30g packet. 
Tencha (raw leaves before being ground into matcha) is ground with a millstone using traditional techniques to create a matcha that easily blends with hot water and is resistant to lumps and bubbles.
Matcha is useful for cooking and baking, as well as for preparing tea.
