This is one of the products in the Nabeyaki series (aluminum pot) that focuses on raw materials.
The noodles are made from 100% domestic wheat flour, and are chewy, smooth, and elastic, with a soup made from a well-balanced blend of five kinds of dashi (Japanese grilled sardines, kelp, dried bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and dried sardines).
The rice cake is made with a Japanese pounded rice cake and slightly sweet and fluffy seasoned kitsune-age (fried bean curd) for a hearty texture.
Easy to cook, this dish is perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a late-night snack.
(Compatible with both induction and gas heaters.)
Since it is stored at room temperature, there is no need to worry about refrigerator space.
