Harima Chasoba Zeitaku




Made with Japanese domestic wheat flour, Japanese domestic buckwheat flour, and fragrant matcha green tea from Uji, Kyoto.
This is a luxurious and flavorful soba noodle made with matcha green tea produced in Uji, Kyoto.
The concept is "to taste matcha more than anywhere else," and we hope you will try our chasoba so that you can enjoy the lingering taste of matcha even after eating it.

Delicious Boiling Method (per 100g)
1. Before boiling noodles, prepare dishes, soba sauce, and condiments in advance. 2.
2. Bring at least 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot, add noodles and boil for 5 minutes.
3. For colander soba, remove the noodles from the pot and rinse them in cold water, then drain well.
(For hot dishes, drain the noodles in a colander after boiling.)
4. Serve with the dipping sauce and condiments prepared previously.
