Choko Kyofu Shirodashi

This white dashi is based on honjozo maru-soybean usukuchi soy sauce and is rich in flavor from kombu (kelp) and bonito. Its light color and extended flavor allows the color of ingredients and dishes to shine through. It has a refreshingly elegant taste with a moderate sweetness.
