Nijiya Hinata 30% 12LB

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new rice in Nijiya's organic rice series!
It is called "Hinata" and it is brown rice 12LB.
Hinata is made from California's first short grain rice, Calhikari.
Calhikari is a crossbreed of Koshihikari and carefully selected short grain rice. It is a Japanese favorite short grain rice with excellent aroma, consistency, and sweetness, and tastes great even when cold and is as good as Japanese rice.
NijIya proudly recommends "Hinata" and "Hinata" brown rice.
