Description
Rice flat noodles with a glutinous texture are served with a spicy sauce.
The spicy and sweet flavors of sesame paste, sugar beet and spices are reminiscent of a part of China's long history.
How to eat
1. Put the noodles in plenty of boiling water, turn the heat to medium, and cook for about 4 minutes. After boiling, drain the water well. (For chilled noodles, soak in cold water before draining.)
2. Put the noodles in a bowl, pour the liquid sauce over the noodles and mix well. Add stir-fried minced meat and chopped green onions to finish the dish.
