Description

A new type of nameko mushroom created by Kobayashi Noen, the original developer of nameko mushrooms.
The main ingredient, enokitake mushrooms, are organically grown in a clean sterile culture room and purchased in the morning only for use that day. The mushrooms are fresh and of stable quality. The tsukudani is made using the old method of concentrated tsukudani, in which the water content of the ingredients is evaporated by boiling them in a careful hand-crafting process. No additives such as chemical seasonings, preservatives or preservatives are used. It is excellent with white rice, rice porridge, grated daikon and grated yam, natto salad, raw vegetables, chilled tofu, omelets, soba noodles, udon noodles, etc.
