Made in Kagoshima, home of Japan's last samurai, this Japanese ramen is safe for people with restrictions on animal-derived ingredients. The bag type takes up little space in the home and is easy to stock.
The soup is based on miso, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, and is carefully cooked with vegetables and spices in a soup stock made from kombu (kelp).
