Yugeta Yuki Shoyu
This soy sauce is made at our own JAS-certified factory in Yumigeta, using domestic organic soybeans produced on a farm where, in principle, the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has been prohibited for at least two years and the soil has been cultivated using organic fertilizers and other methods. The soy sauce is made at our own Yumiketa factory, which is JAS-certified organic.
The soy sauce is naturally brewed in wooden vats for more than a year, so it is well fermented and has a lot of flavor. It is suitable for both dipping and simmering because it is not too salty.
