Rice vinegar from Murayama Zouzu, founded in the Edo Kyoho era (1603-1868).
It is made from carefully selected domestic rice and matured slowly over a period of one to two months. It features a rounded, mellow aroma without the acrid smell of vinegar that stings the nose, and has been loved in Gion(Kyoto )
