Mizkan Mazetsuyu Udon Sanukifu Hiyashi




Sanuki-style cold dipping sauce with three different types of umami, combining the robust flavor of iriko dashi with kelp dashi and dried bonito flakes. 4 sachets contain enough for one serving, so you can quickly prepare it when you want to eat for one person. The concentrated type makes it easy to serve simply by combining with 200 ml of cold water and pouring over noodles. It can also be served with condiments such as green onions, ginger, and sesame seeds, if desired.


Salt (manufactured in Japan), soy sauce (including wheat and soybeans), sugar, bonito extract, dried bonito, seafood extract, yeast extract, dried sardine powder, kelp dashi/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), thickening agent (xanthan gum)
