Hokkaido Ai Hokkaido Crab Dashi




Liquid type all-purpose seasoning with the aroma of Hokkaido Hanasaki Crab soup stock.
This seasoning is made from the dashi of Hokkaido Hanasaki Crabs. It has a good balance of fragrance and flavor, and can be used in a wide variety of dishes, both Japanese and Western, but it is especially good with eggs, such as dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) and zosui (rice porridge).


Candy (made in Japan), salt, soy sauce, fructose dextrose liquid sugar, crab broth, crab extract, protein hydrolysate, sugar, crab shells, kelp extract, vinegar, acidifier, seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, flavor, thickener (xanthan gum), caramel color, (contains wheat, shrimp, crab and soybeans)
