Yamae Shokuhin Kogyo Shoyu Amakuchi Sashimi
This is a sweet sashimi soy sauce unique to southern Kyushu.
It is less salty than ordinary soy sauce, and its umami, sweetness, and moderate viscosity make it suitable for sashimi.
