Tsuyamaya Pururi Izumo Ichijiku

From Tsuyamaya Confectionery, which has been making confections in the Izumo region of Shimane Prefecture since its establishment in 1913, while respecting the climate, culture, and nature of Izumo, comes the "Pururi" series of Izumo figs, which have an addictive, plump texture. It is made from a paste of Horai persimmon figs produced in Taki Town, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, glutinous rice flour, kudzu powder, agar, and other ingredients, giving it a soft and fluffy texture.
