This long-selling product has been popular with a wide range of customers since its launch.
The traditional taste is maintained, but the oil used to fry the noodles is now 100% vegetable oil.
The noodles are made from carefully selected udon flour and slowly kneaded into firm fried noodles.
The soup is a rich miso stewed soup made with red miso and 100% soybean paste.
