Made from mackerel landed in Japan and "Setouchi Hanamo Salt" carefully selected by professional connoisseurs. This salt is made from seawater from the Seto Inland Sea and domestically produced seaweed, and is full of flavor. The vegetable flavor from the seaweed and the animal flavor from the mackerel enhance the delicious taste through a synergistic effect. No chemical seasoning is used.
