Seiki Kinchaku Warabi Mochi

These soft mochi cakes, kneaded with bracken starch, are generously coated in roasted soybean flour (kinako).
They come with a side of black sugar syrup, allowing you to add as much as you like.
You can also chill them just before eating for a different texture and a delicious treat.
