Pietro Aerudake Pasta Sauce Wafu Garlic Shoyu

A new ‘just mix it in’ pasta sauce is now available for boiled pasta. This Japanese-style sauce features the savory aroma of garlic and soy sauce, enhanced by the umami of kelp tea. It uses the same ‘Umakuchi Soy Sauce’ found in Pietro Dressing’s Japanese-style soy sauce—a special soy sauce commissioned by Pietro from a brewery in Kyushu. Combined with homemade garlic oil and crispy garlic chips, this sauce delivers rich, layered flavor. Japanese ingredients such as white dashi, kelp tea, sesame seeds, and a seaweed topping bring out the full depth of umami in every bite.


Ingredients (for pasta sauce):
Edible vegetable oils and fats (Japan), soy sauce, fried garlic, white dashi, sesame, kelp tea, seasoning (bonito), salt, sugar / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickener (xanthan gum), acidulant, sweetener (licorice).
