Orita-En Tea Fukamushi Cha Fukamidori

Orita Noen produces safe and reliable Japanese tea without the use of pesticides. Fukamushi-tea is made by steaming the tea leaves for a longer period of time (about 3 minutes) than the usual one-minute steaming process used to make sencha from raw tea leaves, which allows the tea leaves to exude more components than usual, giving it a thicker, deeper, mellower flavor.
