Description
Carefully selected domestic sake lees and rice malt are blended in a special ratio.
A new concentrated brewing process is used to concentrate the flavor of amazake.
Furthermore, "shredded ginger" is added to the quality to enjoy the pungent taste of ginger and the texture of the ingredients.
Because it is freeze-dried, you can enjoy authentic amazake simply by pouring in hot or cold water.
