Fresh sakura shrimps from Yui Port in Suruga Bay are slowly dried in the sun on the banks of the Fuji River. Enjoy it as a snack as is, or boiled or stir-fried with kakiage, yakisoba, okonomiyaki, takikomi-gohan, or seasonal vegetables.
