Kuriyama Nagisa Arare Shoyu

First introduced in 1967, Nagisa Arare has been a beloved classic for over half a century. Crafted using a traditional natural cracking method, these authentic arare rice crackers deliver a satisfyingly crisp texture. Their deep, layered flavor comes from a double-coating process using two varieties of rich tamari soy sauce.

Ingredients:
Glutinous rice (Thailand, Japan), rice flour (glutinous rice (Thailand)), soy sauce (contains wheat and soybeans), starch, sugar / modified starch, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), coloring (caramel, carotenoids), thickener (pullulan).
