Description
To make the taste better and mellower, four kinds of citrus juices (lemon, orange, yuzu, and sudachi) are used in abundance. It can be used with shabu-shabu marbled Japanese black beef, pork, vegetable mizutaki, yudofu, chirinabe, and of course cold shabu-shabu.
