Houkou Nihon No Saba Misoni
This canned product is made from only domestic mackerel that has passed our voluntary standards based on visual and chemical inspections, and is seasoned with a miso sauce made from Shinshu miso. The mackerel is pressure- and heat-sterilized at Houkou's own factory in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, so it is tender right down to the bone.
