Description
The base is oyster extract made from Hiroshima oysters.
Sugar is made from domestic raw sugar, soy sauce is made from domestic soy beans and wheat and matured for more than one year, and mirin is made from old-style, naturally brewed Mikawa mirin.
The fish sauce is made from squid caught in the seas around Japan and salt, and is slowly matured and fermented. The starch is domestically produced organic potato starch. No preservatives, coloring agents, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), thickeners, or yeast extracts are used.
