Hakubaku Organic Cha Soba

Chasoba noodles are thin Japanese noodles made from wheat flour blended with green tea powder and buckwheat flour. Hakubaku Organic Chasoba contains no salt. In Japan, Chasoba is considered a delicacy and is only enjoyed on very special occasions. The green tea flavour does not complement every dish. Both buckwheat and green tea are widely believed to offer significant health benefits when incorporated into a regular diet. Chasoba is packaged in light-proof foil packaging to preserve the nutritional value of the tea, which begins to deteriorate when exposed to oxygen or light, and to maintain the fresh flavour of the green tea.
