Fukagawa Yushi Kome Oil Hokkaido
This rice oil is made from rice bran of Hokkaido rice.
This oil maximizes the flavor of the ingredients, is resistant to oxidation, and can be used repeatedly. The components unique to rice oil (phytosterols, gamma oryzanol, and tocotrienols) help reduce cholesterol and have an antioxidant effect. It is ideal for home use for tempura and frying.
