Daisho Ponzu Sesame

Daisho’s Sesame Ponzu features a soy sauce and vinegar base enriched with the deep, savory flavor of both paste and ground sesame, and finished with a touch of Kyushu-grown yuzu citrus juice. It strikes a perfect balance between the mellow richness of sesame and the crisp, refreshing tang of ponzu, complementing ingredients beautifully. While ideal as a dipping sauce for hot pot dishes, it is also perfect for salads, steamed dishes, and chilled shabu-shabu; simply drizzling it on instantly brings the flavors together.
