This Japanese-style dashi has a rich bonito flavor and is made with carefully selected ingredients to create a mellow light-colored dashi. Use for all kinds of Japanese-style dishes such as udon noodles, nyumen, soup, dashimaki, simmered dishes, takikomi-gohan, nabe dishes, etc.
