Sokensha Rice Vinegar Organic Junmai
Organic domestic rice and natural underground water from Ono, Fukui Prefecture, famous for Oshozu, selected as one of the 100 best waters, are used for brewing water.
The sake is brewed using the traditional cold brewing and three-stage brewing methods, and the finished sake is fermented with acetic acid bacteria in the brewery for about six months using the traditional still fermentation method. Please enjoy the mild, refreshing taste and gorgeous aroma of this rice vinegar.
