Miyajima Shoyu Nabe Soup Kouji Ginger & Yuzu
This is a Yose-nabe type nabe soup made with salted malt prepared by Miyajima Soy Sauce and the subtle sweetness of amazake malt, and flavored with ginger and yuzu (citrus fruit). It is made without chemical seasonings and has a gentle taste. Only rice grown in Saga Prefecture is used.
Salted malt (rice malt, salt) (manufactured in Japan), ginger, yuzu peel, rice malt, salt, combined dashi (dried sardines, mackerel flakes, bonito flakes), starch, yeast extract, (contains mackerel in some cases)
