Using carefully selected domestic dashi ingredients, this white dashi has a rich dashi flavor created by a chef's direct technique of carefully and painstakingly making dashi.
It brings out the color of the ingredients and gives dishes a superior taste.
The dashi flavor is preserved for 60 days in an airtight eco-bottle.
