Kanetoshi Ponzu Misho Yuzu
This ponzu vinegar has a unique sour taste made by adding sudachi (citrus sudachi) and yuko (citrus yuzu) to the seedling misho yuzu.
Misho yuzu is not a grafted yuzu, but a yuzu grown from a seed and finally borne on a tree that took 18 years to grow to maturity.
The yuzu from the seedling has a much more intense aroma and flavor.
