Kaneishi Noto No Gyusho Ishiri
Ishiri (also called "ishiru") is a traditional fish sauce from the Okunoto region at the tip of the Noto Peninsula, and is one of the three major fish sauces in Japan, along with "Shotsuru" from Akita Prefecture and "Ikanago soy sauce" from Kagawa Prefecture. Kaneishi's "Noto no Fishery Sauce Ishiri" is made using squid, a specialty of Noto Ogi Port, and is produced using traditional methods. It is ideal as a secret seasoning for cooking and as a standard seasoning for simmered and nabe dishes.
