A small amount of seawater bittern is extracted from the seawater pumped from the coast of Iki Tsushima National Park and boiled down using the traditional kettle boiling method to make "Hamamishio" (salt). If mixed with soy milk, homemade tofu can be made. It can also be used when cooking rice, in dishes, or mixed into beverages. It comes in an easy-to-use bottle with a drop cap.
