All of the ingredients-round soybeans, wheat, and salt-are carefully selected and produced in Japan, and the soy sauce is slowly matured in traditional wooden vats. It is a super special Shimoso soy sauce with an even stronger flavor than the special Shimoso soy sauce. Because it is not heat-treated, the taste and aroma are mild, and the color is bright. It does not interfere with the flavor of ingredients, whether dipped in or poured over.
