Asuzac Foods Chawan Mushi No Moto
This freeze drying chawanmushi is made by simply adding an egg and cooking in a microwave oven to enjoy the freshly prepared taste of the dish. It is made with the best of dashi broth and ingredients such as sakura shrimps, scallops, shiitake mushrooms, and mitsuba leaves.
One serving is enough for two people.
